We have found the most popular preloaded files to include: PowerPoint Presentations, Movie Clips, Product Catalogues, Images, Word Documents, PDF documents, Excel Spread Sheets etc. The Preloaded files will ensure that your target audience sees the information you want them to see! | What is the best file format for my logo/artwork?
The best way to ensure that your logo is reproduced at the highest quality on our products is to provide your artwork in vector format. Vector files can be scaled to any size and still retain the same high quality resolution. On this basis, our preferred format for your artwork is outlined below: - .eps – Encapsulated Postscript (Adobe Illustrator / Adobe Photoshop / Corel Draw)
- .ai – Adobe Illustrator
- .pdf Portable Document Format (Adobe Acrobat Reader / Distiller

We understand that it may not always be possible to provide the artwork to us in one of the above formats. If this is the case, please read our Graphical Services section below for how our experienced team can help you work around this. | Graphical Services
We have our own team of experienced graphical designers that are here to help you. We recognise that you may have artwork but it may not be in any of the aforementioned formats. In this case, we would always ask you to send through whatever artwork you have and our team will have a look at it and see what we can do. There is always the possibility that you may have the artwork in another format (.jpg, .gif, .bmp, .png, .tiff) that is of a high enough quality for us to use. Generally, these files must have a resolution of of at least 300DPI . Where the above is not possible, in exchange for a nominal fee our graphics team will modify or adjust your artwork in order to ensure its high quality reproduction. We have listed the possible modifications or adjustments below: - Redrawing low resolution artwork into high quality vector format

Please note that we do not charge any fees for changing the colour of or adding text to your artwork (e.g. a telephone number, website address, name etc). All we ask is that you provide us with the necessary pantone colours and fonts that are necessary. Please feel free to send over your artwork at any time and our experienced team will happily take a look at it and get back to you. If you can send through your artwork in the correct format, we will send you a free visual so that you can see how great your logo or artwork will look on a USB Flash Drive.
